I shared my meal plan for last week as part of trying to stay more on top of it as a goal for this year. I really hoped it helped someone.  Were any of the recipes I linked to delicious??  What else did you cook??

Of all the supper meals I had planned last week, we probably cooked and ate half of it.  Things came up and other things changed, but at least I had a plan.  Used to, the slightest change of plan would make me upset.  “I’ve done all this planning!”  Wow! I was really uptight.  I’m so glad I don’t let meals & change of plans stress me out.

Also, I have this binder that has recipes in it.  I only add a recipe if it’s a thumbs up from everyone, including the children.  I think the slow cooker Chicken Stroganoff will be a newly added recipe.

Anyway, without anymore delay, here’s my meal plan for this week.

Monday: Taco Soup (we didn’t eat it last week)

Tuesday: Crawfish Etouffee

Wednesday: SC Lemon-Garlic Chicken

Thursday: Cottage Pie (aka Shepherd’s Pie)

Friday: leftovers

Saturday: eat out

Well, that’s it for this week. I’m thinking of moving back to biweekly planning or once a month planning. What do you think I should do?
